How to use the Softcore Partners website and understand project scope, approvals, and delivery.
Website information
This website introduces our work and ways to collaborate. An inquiry, consultation preference, or public example does not confirm a booking, price, delivery date, or engagement.
Project agreements
The proposal and agreement for your engagement set its scope, fees, timing, responsibilities, file delivery, ownership, and ongoing support. Website descriptions do not replace those agreed terms.
Creative work and examples
Names, artwork, and project examples belong to their respective owners. Presentation here is not permission to reproduce them. Use delivered client materials according to your agreement and the guidance supplied with the approved files.
Approvals and publication
Review the correct file revision before approving it. Sharing a presentation in a client portal does not approve every file, publish a website, send a campaign, or place a production order. Those actions are confirmed separately.
Using private spaces
Use your own approved sign-in account and share only information you are authorized to provide. Keep credentials out of project conversations and files. Tell the team if a file or permission appears incorrect.
